Chef Cecilia is a seasoned culinary professional with a remarkable journey. In 2007, she became the executive chef at Arena Monterrey, establishing the artist catering department and leading a team of over 150 to serve renowned artists such as Daft Punk, Billy Joel, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, and many more.
She is also a digital content creator known for her originality, having collaborated with prestigious brands like American Express, Nestlé México, Le Creuset, and over 100 local and Mexican brands, supporting her community’s restaurateurs.
Chef Cecilia has also appeared on TV shows such as Las Crónicas del Taco (Netflix, Season 1, Episode 4), Iron Chef México (Netflix, Season 1, Episodes 3 & 5), and Parrilleros (Space - Warner).
